How We Started
To enhance user experience (UX), create engaging social media content, and develop a functional website, we initiated the project by conducting a detailed research on the target audience, their needs, and expectations regarding healthcare services and discounts offered.
The Process
Based on the gathered information, we established clear goals for the project. This included enhancing the user experience on the platform, creating engaging and relevant social media content, and developing a functional website using the Webflow platform.
We conducted a comprehensive assessment of the user experience on Helper. We identified areas for improvement, streamlined the navigation flow, and optimized usability. We planned a content strategy for Helper's social media channels, then we developed engaging and informative posts and banners that aligned with the brand identity and communication objectives of the company.
Lastly, we utilized the Webflow platform to develop their website, crafting functional and responsive pages.
